DataLedger publishes free monthly delta files derived from the Companies House snapshot. Its _Added.csv files, available from November 2023, list new and reinstated companies with name, number, incorporation date, registered office and postcode, up to four SIC codes with descriptions, company type and jurisdiction. There is no sign-up and commercial use is permitted. On the paid side, DataLedger lists an API from £10 per month with 25 free credits, and custom datasets from £395. It is a generous free resource, and for a monthly list it may be all you need. It is not an alerting product: the files are monthly, so a company that registered on the 2nd is not in your hands until the next file. You then filter the spreadsheet yourself by SIC code and location, and compare against what you have already contacted.
