Slopless is a discovery dashboard. Its site describes a live view of new incorporations as they happen from two feeds, with filters for 700+ SIC codes (with saved presets) and postcode area, audible and browser alerts, director and PSC details, director group detection, a Referral Watcher that emails you when a watched director forms a new company, a one-click LinkedIn Sales Navigator search, Excel export and multi-user presence. It costs £99 per user per month, with a 7-day free trial (published pricing, October 2026).

NewcoSignal takes a different shape. Rather than a screen to watch, it is a set of saved searches that deliver to wherever you already work. The free plan has one saved search and a daily email of the top 5 new matches. Pro, at £39 per month + VAT or £348 a year + VAT, covers every match, up to 625 new companies a week, with 10 saved searches and alert timing of instant, daily or weekly. Instant means hourly delivery of the daily Companies House data, so it is not a live stream.

The right choice depends on how your team works. If you have a person whose job is to watch incorporations through the day and call someone when a name appears, a live dashboard with audible alerts is built for that, and it is something we do not offer. If your process is a weekly list for a salesperson, a Slack message when new matches arrive, or a CSV into a CRM, a digest that comes to you needs less attention than a dashboard that has to be watched.

On the data, both give you a named director and a registered address on new companies. NewcoSignal adds formation-agent filtering, likely shell company filtering and a reachable-by-post filter, and offers sector categories so you do not need to assemble SIC codes by hand. Business at £99 per month + VAT adds native CRM sync with HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Capsule and Dynamics 365, and an API. One-off lists are 10p per company + VAT with a £10 minimum.

Neither tool claims to be a contact database. Slopless states it is a discovery tool, and we say the same: a company registered last week seldom has a verified email, so the director and address are what you work from. Both have a way to try before buying, so run the same sector and postcode area on each for a week.
