Exclude your existing customers

If you already work with a company, you do not want it in your prospect lists. Add your customers to Excluded companies and NewcoSignal leaves them out everywhere it suggests companies to you.

Add companies

• Open Excluded companies (under Alerts when you are signed in) and paste company numbers, one per line or separated by commas. A column copied from your CRM or a spreadsheet works.
• Or, on Lookalikes, click Exclude them from my results after pasting your customers.

Where they are left out

• Your alert emails and saved-search matches
• New-company and established-company searches
• Likely buyers and lookalike results
• CSV and Excel exports and one-off lists
• Zapier, webhooks, CRM sync and the API

They are only hidden for you. Your watchlist is not affected, so you can still watch your customers and hear when they change.

Change your mind

Remove a company from the list at any time and it can appear in your results again. You can also remove all of them at once from the bottom of the page.

Public pages such as the new-companies listings are the same for everyone and are not filtered.
