NewcoSignal vs Apollo
Apollo helps you contact people at established companies. NewcoSignal finds the company on the day it registers.
The first-mover advantage
Day 1
New company incorporates at Companies House
Within 24 hours
NewcoSignal alerts you - before they've chosen any suppliers
Apollo
Shows you the same company - when relationships are already formed
The key difference
Apollo sells contact reveals and sequences for people. NewcoSignal finds newly registered UK companies, with the registered address and named director, before most have a website.

Choose Apollo if you...
- Teams who want email and phone credits for contacts at established companies

- Buyers who want a free plan with email credits for corporate-domain users

Apollo is a sales database with outreach tools. On a third-party round-up of its 2026 pricing (December 2025, because its own page did not render the table), Basic is $49 per user per month billed annually, Professional is $79 and Organization is $119, with a free plan that gives email credits to corporate-domain users and a small number of mobile and export credits. Emails cost one credit and phone numbers cost more. It is built to help you reach people at companies that already have a footprint.
That footprint is the issue for new companies. A company incorporated last week usually has no website, no LinkedIn company page and no staff listed, so a database assembled from those sources has little to say about it. This is why a tool that starts from the Companies House register finds a different set of companies, at a different time.
NewcoSignal ingests Companies House daily. You choose an industry category and a region, save the search, and get the new matches by email daily or weekly. The free plan has one saved search with a daily top-5 email, and every new account gets a 14-day Pro trial with no card. Pro, at £39 per month + VAT or £348 a year + VAT, covers every match (up to 625 new companies a week) with 10 saved searches, CSV and Excel export, Zapier, webhooks, Slack and Teams. Instant alerts are hourly delivery of daily data, not real time.
The fields we have are the ones that exist at incorporation. A registered address (around 99.98% of new companies) and a named director (around 99%), with formation-agent addresses and likely shells filtered out, and a reachable-by-post filter. We do not claim emails or phone numbers for brand-new companies. Where a contact email or website has been verified, we show it.
The practical workflow is to use the two together. Discover the company and its director on NewcoSignal, and once the company has a website or LinkedIn presence, use Apollo's free or paid credits to look for a contact. You can pass NewcoSignal lists to Apollo by CSV or Zapier.
